Cancellation Policy
Note: The below policy does not apply to a few Hotels/Resorts/Homestays. Please confirm the specific cancellation terms via email or WhatsApp before booking.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are based on the notice period before your check-in date and are calculated on the total booked tariff amount:
| Cancellation Notice | Deduction |
|---|---|
| More than 20 days before check-in | 2.5% deduction (service charges only) |
| Between 10 and 20 days before check-in | 5% deduction |
| Between 7 and 10 days before check-in | 15% deduction |
| 7 days or less before check-in | 30% deduction |
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Late arrivals
- Unused services
- Cancellations during major holiday periods (New Year, Diwali, etc.)
- Cancellations due to airline delays or Acts of God
- Last-minute cancellations or dropouts
Management Rights
Management reserves all rights to modify or decline cancellation/refund requests.
