Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and property hosts.

1. Guest Cancellations

Refund eligibility is based on how far in advance you cancel before your check-in date:

Cancellation Notice Refund
7 or more days before check-in Full refund
3 – 6 days before check-in 50% refund
Less than 3 days before check-in No refund
No-show No refund

2. Property-Specific Policies

Some properties may have their own cancellation terms which will be clearly displayed on the property listing page before you book. In case of a conflict, the property-specific policy applies.

3. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, please contact us directly:

Please have your booking reference number ready. Cancellations are processed within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Host Cancellations

In the rare event that a host cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund and we will assist you in finding an alternative property.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary events beyond anyone's control, we will work with guests and hosts to find a fair resolution.
