Cancellation Policy
Terms and conditions about cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in date, no refund if cancelled 0-13 days prior to check-in date - Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Bank Transfers cancellations will be charged 5% extra

2. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
3. Loud music is strictly not allowed.
4. Trekking will start at 6:30 AM on the day of check-out.
5. Activity timings are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to weather conditions.
6. Swimming pool access is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
7. Consumption of alcohol and participation in any illegal activities within the premises are strictly prohibited.
8. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date. No refund will be provided for cancellations made 0–13 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, or Bank Transfers will incur an additional 5% charge.
