### Terms & Conditions 1. All prices are on a **per person, per day** basis. 2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 3. **Booking & Cancellation Policy:** * Bookings must be confirmed at least **15 days in advance** by paying **40% of the total booking amount**. * Cancellations made **more than 10 days before** the check-in date are eligible for a **maximum refund of 50%** of the advance paid. * No refund will be provided for cancellations made **within 10 days** of the check-in date under any circumstances. * Postponement of bookings is subject to the sole discretion of the management. 4. The homestay is available for **individuals, families, and groups**. 5. To avail of child discounts based on the applicable age criteria, guests must carry valid age proof (Date of Birth Certificate, School ID Card, or Aadhaar Card) at the time of check-in. 6. Guests must pay the remaining **60% of the booking amount** upon arrival at the homestay. **Credit and Debit cards are not accepted** at the property. 7. Outside food is not permitted. Guests are requested to inform the management in advance if they require **alcohol** or **special vegetarian/non-vegetarian meals**. 8. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The homestay will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 9. The use or possession of **illicit drugs** is strictly prohibited during the stay.
