Booking

How do I make a booking?

Search for a property using the search bar on our home page, select your dates and guest count, and submit a booking request. Our team will confirm the booking and send you details via WhatsApp or email.

Is my booking confirmed immediately?

Bookings are confirmed after the host accepts and payment is completed. You will receive a confirmation message with all details once confirmed.

Can I book for the same day?

Same-day bookings may be possible depending on availability. Please call us directly at +91 72598 03143 for urgent requests.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards. Payment instructions are provided after your booking is confirmed.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We use secure payment channels and do not store your card details on our servers.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In general, cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

How do I cancel a booking?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days.

Properties

Are all properties verified?

Yes. Every property on Homestay Advisor is personally inspected by our team before being listed.

Can I list my property on Homestay Advisor?
